Arthritis
                
Here is a list of thing to consider trying for Arthritis.  It may take a combination of many of these, and it may take some time before you see results.

Prayer Idea:
Father, I pray for (myself or name of person)to be healed of all arthritis.  Thank You that nothing is impossible for You. I pray for the immune system to be restored, inflammation to go down, joints & cartilage to be restored, circulation to be normal, toxins to be cleansed out of the body, enzymes to be normal, any auto immune response to go away and pain and swelling to go away and range of motion to be restored.  I thank you that you work supernaturally and you also designed our bodies to heal naturally when we they are properly nourished.  Please guide me to know what if any of the following ideas I should try.  In Jesus name. Amen.

Drink plenty of water

Bone Broth-Rebuilds cartilage

Castor Oil (rub in or take  several pieces of flannel and put castor oil on them and use Saran wrap to hold in place 45min - 1 hr per day.  Can reuse by putting it in a Ziploc and in the fridge)    (Click here for more info)

Tummeric-Natural Anti-inflammatory (Spice or pills)

Tart Cherry Juice-can ease pain and reduce swelling

Nuts & Seeds- help to reduce inflammation

Extra Virgin Olive Oil-help reduce inflammation.  Also this is on my list of foods healthy for the heart.  They recommend just drinking 1 T. per day.

Coconut Oil - Put in smoothies, or just take it by the tablespoonful.  If you put it in your mouth and let it melt then you can just drink it down with a glass of water.

Curcumin-helps in blocking autoimmune activation and decreasing tissue distraction.
Avocados-reduce pain and inflammation

Cayenne Pepper-can be taken as a capsule, as a tea, externally in rubs, sprinkled on food

Pineapple Juice-also the stem when juice contains bromelain an important enzyme against arthritis.  (Adding some alfalfa sprouts to the juicing is even better)

Omega 3 (Walnuts & Chia Seeds are good sources (sprinkle on a salad or cereal), helps to prevent body from triggering inflammation

Ginger-anti inflammatory, strengthen immune system, improves blood circulation (can cook with root, make tea, or buy ginger supplements) can be helpful in relieving pain

Cabbage Juice, or a mixture of Juice red cabbage, cucumber, dandelion, celery, mint, apple, carrot and add Aloe Vera juice (Aloe Vera cleanses the intestines of toxins that can cause arthritis)

Foods with folic acid-lentils, split peas, barley, alfalfa, soy, oats

Juice red, yellow, and green fruits and veggies for phytochemicals

Potato Juice (juice one raw potato, diluted with water, take in the morning)

Green juice-in any combination celery, broccoli, zucchini, cucumber, kale, parsley, spinach, (ginger root, apple, or carrot to sweeten)
Star Fruit

Dandelion greens, parsley, alfalfa help to eliminate uric acid

Alfalfa is rich in chlorophyll making it an excellent blood purifier.  By eliminating uric acid, it helps relieve join pain.  Also comes in tablets

Soy
(but make sure itís Organic/Non-GMO)

Vitamins A, C, E counter inflammation and stop free damage to joints.  C is essential for joint and cartilage repair especially in combination with glucosamine. 

B3 taken before meals, gradual reduction of symptoms and improved range of motion over time

B5, B Complex, B2, B6

Cod Liver Oil-Well-known remedy of past generations that still works

Grape Seed Extract- rich in the antioxidant pycnogenol which strengthens collagen and supports capillaries and veins

Calcium, phosphorus and magnesium for formation of healthy bones,

Zinc and selenium for immune system

Potassium, copper, manganese

Boron-new findings suggest it may reverse osteoarthritis

Boswellia (from the same plant as Frankincense) works much like nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory compounds without the side effects.

Glucosamine Sulfate& Chondroitin can rebuild cartilage & relieve pain

Body Cleanse-remove toxins can lessens symptoms,

Chelation- gets rid of heavy metals  and plaque to improve circulation, 

Colon Therapy can open the digestive tract and remove accumulated wastes and harmful bacteria.

Maintain a healthy weight

Exercise-swimming and brisk walking are ideal.  Also jumping on a mini-trampoline is easier on the joints.

Topical drops of Diclofena
(Pennsaid)-nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory

Inflacin-topical compound to rub on skin for pain relief

Have a more alkaline diet, jump on a rebounder (mini trampoline 3minutes 3 time per day, High doses of Tumeric, and stay well hydrated
