Improving Immune System

Here is a list of things to consider trying for Improving your immune system.  It may take a combination of these and it may take some time, so don't give up.  If you know of other things not listed here that have helped you, send me an email

Possible ways to improve your  immune system include: 

1.Eat foods that build immune system (Organic/Non-GMO are the best)

2.  Increase PH Balance by taking 1/8-1/4 tsp baking soda in a glass of spring or mineral water twice a day (morning when you rise and again before bedtime).  There are other products you can buy that can increase your PH Level.  Neutral PH of 7.0 provides the best environment for cell health.

3.  Drink plenty of water
   (bodyweight divided by 2=
     number of ounces per day)

4.  Fresh Air

5.  Get adequate sunlight
    (to get Vit D)

6   Trust in God - seek God
     and turn towards His ways

7.  Exercise regularly

8.  Get adequate rest

9.  Laughter
