Healthy Homemade Pizza
1 pkg. active dry yeast
1 C warm water (105-115)
1 T Honey
1 tsp salt
2 T olive oil
2˝ C Whole wheat flour
1 can pizza sauce (I use Pastorelli)
shredded Cheese & whatever healthy toppings you’d like
Put yeast in bowl and add warm water. Let stand for 5 minutes. Add honey, salt, oil and stir.
Add flour and stir. Work the dough into a ball with your hands. Divide the dough into two balls.
Grease 2 cookie sheets well with olive oil. Roll out the dough, add sauce, cheese, and toppings.
Bake at 425 for 12-15 min.or until lightly brown.
