Then my light will break forth like the dawn, and healing will quickly appear; then my righteousness will go before me, and the glory of the LORD will be my rear guard. Then I will call, and You will answer; I will cry for help, and You will say: Here am I. "If I do away with the yoke of oppression, with the pointing finger and malicious talk, and if I spend myself on behalf of the hungry and satisfy the needs of the oppressed, then my light will rise in the darkness, and my night will become like the noonday. You will guide me always; and will satisfy my needs in a sun-scorched land and will strengthen my frame. I will be like a well-watered garden, like a spring whose waters never fail.
